LinkGather - An Overview



This WordPress plugin will allow you to export the links for all your websites posts in CSV style.

You can download the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, also you can just go to the URL below:

When you have installed the plugin, you are ready to start using it.

How To


A new tab on the options side of your WordPress portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hover over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different sections available for you:

If you click on the Home offering, this will navigate to the plugins developer page which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Click the Post Links option to move you to the page that will reveal all of your websites published posts’ URL's. Note that for the purposes of these instructions, we are using our demo test site with just a few URLs in it.

You will now see a list with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the URL's table, you will see that LinkGather has also get more info added up how many post URLs you have.

You then also have the ability to download the posts in CSV design.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of showing back published articles, it will bring back published click here pages instead:

wp.me Links


The option for wp.me Links is again exactly the same instructions as those above, however, wp.me Links are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URL.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our export WordPress links plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links option will bring back all those JetPack URL's that it has gathered:
